Knit CORD Smooth

As a result from the name the product is made by knitting, not plying (like for instance EASYFISHING STRING). That is why this product is much stronger. In our production programme ve have one very special product, which is not sold but only manufactured for our own need. For some tens of years we produce special knitted cord – we call it "parachute twine" and we require it to endure many millions of testing cycles (strain and retortion over the edge of 90° in a state of load). Many other factors in our manufacturing depends on it. It is simply speciality which we have had only for ourselves till this time. And now we are offering it to you. It is actually a knit tube in diameter of 1,5 mm modified for usage of PVA yarn.
The tenacity is of 31 N, which means, that it can withstand up to about 3 kg until it pulls apart.
Usage: it is suitable for binding of PVA stockings, making heavy stringers, various assemblies, tying different types of bait to one another to avoid tangling during the casting etc., knotting of boilies, making of assemblies, assembly mounting …
Melt time: regarding the material (high-quality Japanese material so as you sure have got used to it allready…) and fine airy weave which does not ihibit dissolution the melting is quick in a cold water too. The time of solution in 15°C warm water does not reach over 1 minute.
